Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract without giving any reason.

Your Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the final item.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, please send us a clear statement of your decision by post or by email. You may use our downloadable withdrawal form for this purpose.

You may also use the model withdrawal form available on our webshop, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us).

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or after you provide satisfactory proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Product

The product must be returned or handed over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is considered met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Unless otherwise agreed, the direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the consumer.

Consumer Responsibility

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to:

products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised products (for example, custom colour-mixed paints or tinted decorative finishes);
sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery;
goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
any other cases where the right of withdrawal is excluded by applicable law.
