Charmea.hu provides simple and secure payment options. During checkout, you can select the payment method available for your order that best suits you.

Online Card Payment

You can pay for your order securely online by payment card.

Online card payments are processed through the secure payment infrastructure provided by Stripe.

Your payment card details are handled directly by the payment provider's secure system. Charmea.hu does not store or have access to your complete payment card details.

You will receive confirmation during the checkout process when your payment has been successfully completed.

Which cards can I use?

You can use payment cards supported and displayed by Stripe during the payment process.

Acceptance of a particular card may depend on the issuing bank, the type of card and its settings for online purchases.

Is online payment secure?

Yes. Card transactions are processed through Stripe's secure payment infrastructure.

Your bank may require additional authentication during the transaction, such as approval through your mobile banking application or another form of strong customer authentication.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your card payment is unsuccessful, the order will not be considered paid.

In the event of a failed transaction, please check:

• the card details you entered;

• whether your card is enabled for online purchases;

• your available payment or purchase limit;

• or contact your card-issuing bank if necessary.

Cash on Delivery

For eligible orders, you may also select cash on delivery (COD).

With this payment method, you do not pay when placing your order. Instead, payment is made when you receive your parcel.

The exact payment options available upon delivery may depend on the selected delivery provider and delivery method.

An additional cash-on-delivery fee may apply. The exact amount of this fee will always be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.

When Do I Pay?

For online card payments, payment is made as part of the checkout process when placing your order.

For cash on delivery, payment is made when you receive your parcel.

What Currency Is Used?

Payments on Charmea.hu are made in Hungarian forints (HUF).

All consumer prices displayed in the online store are gross prices and include VAT.

Product prices do not include delivery charges. The delivery fee for your selected delivery method and any applicable cash-on-delivery fee will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.

Invoicing

An invoice will be issued for your order based on the billing information provided during checkout.

Purchases from the Charmea.hu online store are available exclusively to private individuals acting as consumers.

Please check your billing information carefully before submitting your order.

Refunds

If an order or part of an order is refunded, the refund will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

For online card payments, the refund may be credited back to the payment method used for the purchase. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the payment provider, card network and card-issuing bank.

For cash-on-delivery orders, we may need to request your bank account details in order to process the refund.
